Commissioning, use and approval of surveys and maintenance designs

Course Description

This course is a two-part event. Delegates must enrol in the computer-based pre-reading on Oracle first, called 'Commissioning, use and approval of surveys and maintenance designs prequalifier'. This will take approximately 3 hours to complete and the PDF can be downloaded if required. Delegates must pass the assessment at the end of this prequalifier before they can enrol in the 'Commissioning, use and approval of surveys and maintenance designs' face-to-face training event. The two-part event is designed to develop delegates who are responsible for commissioning, use and approval of surveys and maintenance designs as part of their duties on Network Rail Infrastructure.

Audience

This course focuses on tactical management but is also aimed at delegates who aim to progress into the role of TME, ATME, SM (T), SAE, PTO and RME. Delegates who wish to attend should possess either Basic surveying, Basic track design, Hallade design OR a TME should provide evidence of managing at least two surveys, one alignment design and one level design in the last 5 years.
